"Art is a form of healing"
About
Rima Shabo has been painting all her life.
Exquisite painter, she has been known to paint lots of different family or individual portraits.
However, within the past few years, while working with different plant medicines from around the world,
her perspective on her art took on a more spiritual meaning and character.
Today it reflects her spiritual journey and finding herself and place in this world.
Her art is displayed in world renowned centers like Rythmia Advancement Center,
where her paintings contribute to the healing process of people visiting the center.
Today, Rima strives to bring back Ancient Armenian symbols
and include them in her art, making them a powerful tool of healing.
Each painting is intentionally channelled and brings forth a quality of vibration that
stimulates healing and wholeness. In order to create this healing work it can take Rima
weeks, months and sometimes even years to complete.
The process requires a deep quality of listening and tapping into her
inner guidance and that of the person or place the piece is intentioned for.
